MCPP - Supply Supervisor (Supply Chain)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Must be a US Citizen and provide proof.

Company

Provides maintenance and logistics services to the U.S. Marine Corps through the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program.

What you will do

• Manage daily supply chain operations, including requisitions, material and property accounting, financial compliance, and equipment disposal.
• Supervise data entry personnel performing supply chain and logistics support duties.
• Plan work assignments according to priorities and inventory availability, and inspect work for procedural and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with Government Quality Assurance Representatives and other logistics managers and supervisors.
• Manage inventory records, stock replenishment, allowance items, property accountability, DASF activities, and supply reports.
• Develop projects, prepare metrics and briefings, and document instructions in compliance with local procedures, the Statement of Work, and Marine Corps directives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics engineering, property control or inventory, supply management, accounting, or a related field; equivalent education, training, and directly related experience may be considered.
• Five years of progressive experience in a supply chain environment.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• US citizenship is required, with proof.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and a valid driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of GCSS-MC, DPAS, or STRATIS integrated applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Access, Power BI, or SQL.
• Planning, organizing, information monitoring, teamwork, adaptability, stress management, customer service, and confidentiality skills.
