Robotics Maintenance Engineer

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States (On-site role with up to 60% travel across North America)

What you will do

• Own the performance and reliability of hirify.global systems at client sites.
• Analyze root causes of technical issues and execute performance improvement plans.
• Plan and execute site software and system updates.
• Coach on-site technicians on best practices to support uptime targets.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to resolve maintenance issues.
• Work directly with clients to diagnose and resolve interoperability challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of robotics maintenance experience in industrial automation, materials handling, or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Broad knowledge of software, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% to client sites across North America.
• Comfort communicating regularly with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
