Project Manager, PCS

Location: Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, or Shanghai, China; remote or office-based work available

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and deliver global and China-based COA/eCOA translation and localization projects.
• Align project scope, costs, budgets, schedules, and deliverables with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate translators, reviewers, and cross-functional teams in China and internationally.
• Monitor project progress, manage expectations, and address delivery challenges.
• Conduct quality checks and coordinate final delivery to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, linguistic project management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of COA, translation, or localization project management experience for the Project Manager position.
• Business-level Chinese and English proficiency required.
• Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong focus on quality, compliance, and problem-solving.
