What you will do

• Lead and coordinate product and package development for gaming products from project start to mass production.
• Partner with global marketing, design, and engineering teams to launch products and packages to manufacturers.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize package structure and graphic development activities.
• Develop SKU plans, manage master package configurations, and handle BOM creation.
• Collaborate with localization teams to ensure retail configurations are accurate and delivered on time.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project launches.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills are a must.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in consumer electronics, packaging, or mobile devices.
• Proven experience managing new product development with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management standards and methodologies.
• Experience leading technical project development through NPI to stable manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and cloud-based project management tools.
