What you will do
- Drive manufacturing strategies and solutions in partnership with business and engineering organizations.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product launch lifecycle, including launch planning, pilot builds, issue resolution, and mass production.
- Manage manufacturing project transfers and transitions in alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project and manufacturing risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Provide stakeholders and executive leadership with data-driven updates on project status, milestones, and health metrics.
Requirements
- Project management experience in consumer electronics, digital devices, or mobile devices, including new product development.
- Knowledge of project management standards and experience managing cross-functional projects in a global environment.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional discussions.
- Fluent Mandarin and English are required.
- Ability to execute commitments, face challenges directly, and work with business and engineering stakeholders.
