Sr. Technical Project Manager

What you will do

• Scope, plan, manage, and coordinate New Product Introduction projects from concept through product delivery.
• Lead projects involving new technology development, cross-project features, or complete devices.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary, cross-functional, and multi-site teams across Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external partners.
• Track project status, communicate progress, present recommendations, and escalate risks to stakeholders and business leaders.
• Identify and manage project risks, drive solutions, and participate in troubleshooting, failure analysis, root-cause investigation, and corrective actions.
• Maintain product bills of materials and key project documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a high-tech environment managing new product development with cross-functional and global teams.
• Deep experience with high-volume consumer electronics products.
• Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies, including timeline development and risk tracking.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with marketing and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills across organizations and geographies.
• Master’s degree in Engineering and knowledge of Design Thinking; formal project management training or PMP certification is an advantage.
