Planning Project Manager (Manufacturing Planning)

What you will do

• Translate strategic goals into executable tasks, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with executives.
• Prioritize initiatives and lead end-to-end project execution across manufacturing, supply chain, and IT.
• Coordinate the rollout of new tools and processes and deliver team training.
• Collect, organize, and evaluate Global Manufacturing Planning data from ERP, MES, Kinaxis, and Excel sources.
• Design performance reports and visualization dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Identify manual workflows and lead process improvements using RPA or AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain operations, or technical project management.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required.
• Strong self-motivation, execution ability, and capability to drive change.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis RapidResponse, APS, or other supply chain management platforms.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and Python proficiency for data analysis and workflow automation.
• AI literacy or practical AI experience.
