What you will do

• Lead end-to-end NPI projects to ensure launch readiness across capacity, material availability, and production scaling.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Business Group, Engineering, Software, and Design, to ensure alignment.
• Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies for risks related to cost, schedule, and delivery.
• Manage the Product Launch Center (PLC) app and drive the delivery of key NPI KPIs.
• Facilitate Post Completion Report (PCR) reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future processes.
• Champion NPI best practices and streamline operations to enhance scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in NPI, program management, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments from prototype to end-of-life.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytics, quantitative reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to accommodate meetings across global time zones.
