NPI Project Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end NPI projects and ensure readiness for capacity, materials, production scaling, manufacturing diversification, and risk mitigation.
• Represent Operations in cross-functional collaboration with business, engineering, software, design, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor cost, schedule, delivery risks, and project progress; implement mitigations and provide clear status reporting.
• Oversee operational deliverables, maintain accurate NPI data in the Product Launch Center app, and support launch KPIs.
• Improve NPI processes, maintain the NPI Playbook, and manage documentation and training for scalable execution.
• Facilitate post-completion reviews, capture lessons learned, and apply improvements to future launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in NPI, program management, manufacturing, demand or supply planning, or supply chain, preferably in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing processes from prototype through end-of-life, project management methodologies, tools, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without authority, simplify complex data, summarize actionable items, and deliver concise reporting.
• Flexibility to accommodate meetings across global time zones; training or coaching experience is beneficial.
