Sr. Technical Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept and definition through product delivery and mass production.
• Coordinate Product Management, Design, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
• Develop risk registers and contingency plans, investigate issues, and execute mitigations when project goals are at risk.
• Report project status to stakeholders, Business Group directors, management reviews, and Gate meetings.
• Identify technologies and innovation pillars for future product roadmaps and supervise agreed development plans.
• Improve project organization, tools, processes, efficiency, and time to market while following organizational policies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading software development projects with hardware dependencies.
• Experience driving cross-functional teams and co-creation sessions.
• Strong cross-technical knowledge in software, embedded software, firmware, and electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies from concept through full development, including Agile Scrum and SAFe.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.
• Formal project management training and certification, such as PMP, plus analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
