What you will do

  • Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) development from concept to delivery using project management standards.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery of cost and quality.
  • Collaborate on technical roadmaps to deliver essential technical components (bricks) for future products.
  • Develop and execute risk management lists and contingency plans to mitigate project threats.
  • Provide regular status reporting and escalation to Business Group directors and stakeholders.
  • Improve project organization, tools, and efficiency to optimize time-to-market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Leader for software development with hardware dependencies.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Software, Embedded Software/Firmware, and Electrical Engineering.
  • Deep expertise in Project Management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Formal Project Management certification (PMP).
  • Experience driving cross-functional teams and knowledge of Design Thinking.
