Junior Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland; hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week

What you will do

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze Compensation and Benefits data for reporting and decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and ad hoc analyses using Excel and Power BI.
• Support salary reviews, market analyses, benchmarking, salary surveys, job grading, and the annual bonus cycle, including payout calculations.
• Assist with cost modeling, salary budget simulations, benefits administration, and related data maintenance.
• Use Excel macros, VBA, and Python to automate reporting and improve analytical efficiency.
• Cooperate with HR, Finance, and IT teams on process improvement, digitalization, and regional or global Total Rewards projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good spoken and written English.
• Good command of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and advanced functions.
• Basic to good knowledge of Power BI and the ability to create clear dashboards and visually appealing reports.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic or macros for automation and reporting.
• Attention to detail, a structured approach, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of an HRIS such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or SAP.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits.
