Commercial Excellence Manager CEE Region (AI)

What you will do

• Drive commercial excellence initiatives across Poland and the wider CEE region.
• Develop commercial analytics, performance reporting, and actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Lead customer segmentation, account planning, pipeline management, and Joint Business Planning activities.
• Optimize pricing strategies, monitor profitability, and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Improve CRM excellence, data quality, sales productivity, and sales force effectiveness.
• Implement SHINE and SHARP methodologies, build sales capabilities, and lead cross-functional collaboration and change initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Excellence, Business Transformation, Revenue Growth Management, Strategy Consulting, or a similar commercial role.
• Typically 3–5 years in strategy consulting or 5–7 years in commercial transformation or business improvement.
• Experience with B2B commercial processes, pricing, profitability management, CRM, customer segmentation, and pipeline management.
• Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel and Power BI expertise.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, project management, and change management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; fluent English required.
