(Senior) Consultant with GIS

Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 120,000–PLN 140,400 yearly

What you will do

• Analyze and interpret sales, consumer, NIQ-specific, customer-specific, spatial, location, and competition data.
• Identify regional trends, retail growth potential, white spots, and sales territory optimization opportunities.
• Execute analytical projects by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting diverse datasets.
• Construct presentations and translate data into practical, quantified recommendations.
• Present analytical results and insights to clients, with senior support when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for Consultant or 4 years for Senior Consultant in retail, consumer goods, or a consulting firm combining client-facing and analytical work.
• Fluent Polish and very good written and spoken English required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent numerical skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate data into practical insights and recommendations and communicate clearly through presentations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural virtual environment.
