What you will do

  • Own and lead the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program, managing the entire lifecycle from survey design to reporting.
  • Translate complex quantitative and qualitative datasets into actionable insights to identify root causes of customer dissatisfaction.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels to shape initiatives that improve customer loyalty.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to make customer insights accessible across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure feedback is implemented effectively.
  • Educate the organization on the NPS lifecycle and advocate for customer-centricity.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to represent customer sentiments to internal teams.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for both operational teams and C-level executives.
  • Proactive and structured approach to managing domains and driving change.
  • Detail-oriented planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Szczecin, Poland (Hybrid).
