Junior Market Intelligence Support Specialist (Finance)

Location: Katowice, Poland

Compensation: up to PLN 4,806 per month

What you will do

• Support competitive benchmark analysis of laboratories by division and country using revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, FTE, and net debt data.
• Update competitor benchmarks annually using the latest publicly available financial information and corporate registers.
• Support economic performance, competitive, and financial market research for new-entry markets, product segments, and individual companies.
• Contribute to financial and industry analysis of potential acquisition targets within the global M&A team.
• Execute regulatory and administrative workstreams required to prepare M&A transactions.

Requirements

• Student or graduate in finance, accounting, or another relevant field.
• Fluent English required.
• Genuine interest in building a career in finance and working collaboratively.
• Diligence, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
