Senior Consultant

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 120,000–140,400 yearly

What you will do

• Analyze and interpret sales, market, consumer, spatial, location, and competition data.
• Execute analytical projects by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting diverse datasets.
• Identify regional trends, retail expansion opportunities, white spots, and sales territory optimization areas.
• Translate analytical findings into quantified recommendations that support client growth.
• Build presentations and present results and insights to clients.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience for the Senior Consultant level in retail, consumer goods, or a consulting firm combining client-facing and analytical work.
• Fluent Polish and very good written and spoken English required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent numerical skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to combine market and spatial data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural virtual environment.
