Insurance Software Developer (Guidewire)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop, customize, and integrate Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Guidewire Cloud solutions.
• Build and maintain Guidewire applications using Gosu and the Guidewire data model.
• Configure insurance product models and customize Guidewire platforms.
• Develop and support integrations between Guidewire and connected enterprise systems.
• Contribute to Guidewire Cloud upgrades and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Guidewire development experience.
• Strong Gosu programming and Guidewire data model expertise.
• Experience customizing PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire integrations and Guidewire Cloud.
• Strong SQL, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, EAD holder, or eligible for an H-1B transfer; new H-1B sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Guidewire ACE Certification.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud upgrades.
• Knowledge of DataHub, InfoCenter, or Digital Portals.
• Property and Casualty insurance domain experience.
