What you will do

• Lead the design and development of cloud-based applications using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends to ensure team innovation.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing complex applications.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, API development, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-first architectures and Azure services (e.g., App Services, SQL MI, Logic Apps).
• Understanding of cloud-native patterns, microservices, and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep).
• Experience acting as a technical leader and mentor.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular.
• Property Casualty Insurance industry experience.
• Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
