Sr. Software Engineer (Hybrid) (.NET/Azure)

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: USD 123,000–157,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of cloud-based applications using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers while providing technical leadership and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to support continued innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing complex applications.
• Experience with C#, .NET, API development, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-first architectures and Azure services including Container Apps, API Management, Application Gateway, Key Vault, App Services, Logic Apps, and SQL MI.
• Familiarity with cloud-native patterns and principles, including Twelve-Factor Apps, service-oriented architectures, microservices, REST, DevOps, continuous deployment, and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code patterns and technologies such as Bicep, ARM, and Terraform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience acting as a technical leader and mentoring software engineers or developers.
• Experience working on agile teams and release trains; knowledge of SAFe is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
