Consultant II or Senior Consultant - Implementation & Partner Support (ERP/EDI)

Location: Breukelen office, Netherlands; in-office 2 days per week

What you will do

• Deliver post-sale technical implementations of technology products.
• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems to complete implementation projects.
• Consult with clients to understand operational needs, business objectives, and goals.
• Track project progress, meet deadlines, resolve scheduling issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to produce the required results.
• Research, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer change events; at the senior level, own partner-supported escalations and coordinate with third parties, consultants, VARs, and application providers.

Requirements

• Consultant II: bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Senior Consultant: bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent Dutch and English are required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage several concurrent projects or activities and apply, test, and reconfigure data rules.
• ERP knowledge and strong communication skills; senior candidates must demonstrate EDI and supply chain experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• EDI and supply chain understanding for Consultant II candidates.
• Exposure to third parties, consultants, VARs, or adapter and application providers.
• Familiarity with XML and text editing or data mapping tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A balanced mix of facilitation, tactical leadership, and hands-on execution.
