What you will do

• Drive the full program lifecycle from requirements definition and specification through design, quality assurance, implementation, integration, launch, and support.
• Synthesize requirements, recommend approaches, and lead engineering efforts across scope, schedules, and deployments.
• Improve internal processes and structure work into logical groupings to support early and frequent delivery.
• Manage customer expectations, clarify accountabilities, and prioritize delivery commitments to maximize value.
• Identify bottlenecks and balance security and business needs against team and technology constraints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a program manager in a technology environment.
• Successful delivery of complex technology systems or services.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong understanding of software engineering processes.
• Effective written and oral communication with business and technical leadership at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and drive innovation.
