Sr. Field Technical Program Manager, FDE - DNB

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $156,000–$214,500 USD annually, with potential annual performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own customer outcomes across approximately five concurrent post-sales technical projects.
• Build detailed project plans from approved proposals and statements of work, including milestones, objectives, and key results.
• Track weekly progress, manage risks, and steer projects through changing requirements and priorities.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineering standups to executive steering committees.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Engineering, Sales, Product, and Field Engineering teams.
• Define and implement processes and operating cadences that improve Professional Services efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, cloud, or data engineering and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile and other program management methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineers and executives.
• Foundational knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, ETL, streaming, data science, and machine learning.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or a related program management certification.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platforms or Apache Spark.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Customer-facing implementation experience as a Technical Project Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Professional Services specialist, or Product Manager.
• Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI programs.
