Sr. Field Technical Program Manager, FDE - DNB

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $156,000–$214,500 USD annually, plus potential annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own customer outcomes across approximately five concurrent post-sales technical projects.
• Develop project plans from finalized proposals and statements of work, including milestones, objectives, and key results.
• Track weekly progress, mitigate risks, and keep projects aligned with delivery objectives.
• Facilitate meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineering standups to executive steering committees.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Engineering, Sales, and Field Engineering teams to adapt delivery plans and resolve challenges.
• Define processes and operating cadences that improve Professional Services efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, cloud, or data engineering and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work deeply with Solution Architects and Engineers on complex technical topics.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and other program management methodologies.
• Foundational knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, ETL, streaming, data science, and machine learning.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or a related program management certification.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platforms, Apache Spark, or other data frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Customer-facing implementation experience as a Technical Project Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Professional Services specialist, or Product Manager.
• Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI programs.
