Salary: $141,250 - $220,250 USD

What you will do
- Own Google Tag Manager end-to-end, managing tagging, tracking, and pixel deployment for Paid Acquisition, Paid Social, and SEO programs.
- Design and optimize browser-side and server-side measurement, including Conversion API implementations and data syncs across CDP destinations.
- Lead complex MarTech initiatives regarding tracking architecture, CDP integrations, and consent signal orchestration.
- Build and operationalize AI-enabled workflows to automate segmentation, personalization, and marketing operations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Legal, and Privacy teams to embed governance and compliance into data collection and AI workflows.
- Author and maintain Privacy Impact Assessments and data-flow documentation for marketing data.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in GTM, Google Analytics, pixel strategy, server-side tagging, and advanced data layer design.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives as a senior individual contributor.
- Technical fluency in SQL and experience with data troubleshooting and scalable data pipelines.
- Experience designing prompts and integrating AI tools or agents into technical marketing operations.
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
