Marketing Manager, Predictions

What you will do

• Own and grow the social presence across X, Discord and Reddit.
• Build a high-velocity experimentation approach that turns hypotheses into tests, results and scaling decisions.
• Turn real-time market activity, major trades, shifting probabilities and emerging trends into timely, shareable content.
• Use breaking news across sports, politics, entertainment and other major events to create relevant brand conversations.
• Grow reach, engagement, community and traffic through content, distribution and acquisition experiments.
• Develop the brand voice, positioning and marketing approach with the founder and wider team.

Requirements

• Experience acquiring and activating users for consumer digital products.
• Proven experience personally owning and growing social accounts, including audience, engagement, reach or content performance.
• Strong content instincts and the ability to make statistics, market activity and complex information engaging.
• A builder’s mindset, comfort with ambiguity and a data-driven, experimental approach.
• Ability to work across social, community, creators, partnerships, email, SEO and paid acquisition as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in sports betting, trading or prediction markets.
• Experience in adjacent areas such as fintech or crypto.
