TL;DR

Marketing Manager (K-12): Owning the full marketing funnel for K–12 education-focused products across North America with an accent on go-to-market planning, audience-specific messaging, and digital channel optimization. Focus on bridging the gap between product capabilities and district leadership challenges to drive awareness and advocacy.

Location: 100% remote and global

Compensation: OTE $60,000 – $76,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the full marketing funnel from awareness through retention for K–12 education products and services.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, including positioning and channel strategy.
  • Develop messaging frameworks tailored to district leadership (Finance, Business Operations, Superintendents).
  • Optimize digital marketing channels including email, paid media, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with Sales to create tailored enablement materials for K-12 buyers.
  • Create high-impact content, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or management capacity.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience within the K–12 education sector.
  • Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools in a professional marketing context.
