What you will do

• Support the sales team with complex administrative tasks, data entry, and order processing.
• Answer sales inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
• Use CRM systems and sales tools to document, report, and review sales data.
• Coordinate customer engagements with customers and internal teams.
• Validate and troubleshoot data supporting sales operations.

Requirements

• Experience with sales processes, CRM systems, and sales tools.
• Experience validating and troubleshooting sales operations data.
• Ability to work on complex administrative assignments using judgment and initiative.
• Ability to operate within the hirify.global CRM system and other sales tools.
• Proficiency with Windows OS.
