Sales Operations Executive (Support HK and MY Markets)

What you will do

• Support daily inside sales activities for the Hong Kong and Malaysia markets in collaboration with sales representatives.
• Update sales decks with NIQ branding and ensure sales content is polished and client-ready.
• Maintain accurate and consistent CRM records for sales representatives.
• Analyze market data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for sales strategies.
• Manage invoicing and contract renewals, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Support revenue recognition by updating project dates and coordinating follow-ups with operations and sales representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates with relevant client servicing or vendor liaison internship experience may apply.
• Fluent English is mandatory for speaking, reading, and writing.
• Experience in inside sales, sales enablement, or sales operations, preferably within an FMCG or multinational organization.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, numerical, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, ZoomInfo, or Python is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Cantonese proficiency for supporting multiple APAC markets.
• Experience in an FMCG company.
