Manager, FP&A

Location: Brooklyn, NY, at hirify.global HQ. Office-centric work is expected, with remote work available on Fridays in accordance with company policies.

Base salary: $98,800–$130,000 per year.

What you will do

• Monitor, analyze, and report on weekly business performance, providing strategic insights.
• Partner with inventory planning, buying, and selling teams to develop data-driven recommendations that improve ROI and profitability.
• Build strategic analyses and scenario-based financial models connecting operational drivers with financial outcomes.
• Own the FP&A budgeting process for inventory, including annual planning and monthly or quarterly actuals-versus-budget analysis.
• Present financial data and recommendations to senior leadership and support strategic business decisions.
• Analyze competitor performance and market trends and assist with earnings and Board of Directors materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in finance and strategic analysis, investment banking, private equity, equity research, or FP&A.
• Strong financial analysis, Excel, and financial modeling skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage complex models, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet rapid deadlines.
