Construction Project Manager (Data Center)

What you will do

• Lead construction closeout activities for large-scale data center projects.
• Coordinate the collection, review, and approval of redlines, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and other turnover documentation.
• Perform field verification audits and as-built reviews to validate project conditions and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of project deliverables for completeness, consistency, and compliance.
• Manage closeout schedules, identify risks, drive corrective actions, and maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, trade partners, and stakeholders while communicating project status, risks, and action items.

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex construction projects with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Technical problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to hold contractors, trade partners, and stakeholders accountable for closeout milestones.
