Salary: $83,600–$125,400

What you will do

• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including proposals, contracts, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary client contact and brand ambassador to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with project sub-consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance against financial expectations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project team members and designers.
• Proactively resolve project conflicts and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years of project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or 4 years of additional experience).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Intermediate knowledge of building design and construction principles.
• Proficiency in project management standards and execution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
• PE license.
