Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Retail Foundation (Hybrid, Seattle)

Location: Hybrid in the Seattle, Washington area; onsite at the hirify.global Seattle office at least 4 days per week

Salary: $80,000–$132,000 annual

What you will do

• Develop functional expertise across Retail Hub and Vendor/Partner Management domains.
• Gather business requirements and use cases, translating them into functional specifications.
• Define success metrics, promote standard work, and support data governance.
• Design and build reporting tools and dashboards that turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Document and analyze processes, systems, and data concepts, and lead test planning, scripts, and user acceptance testing.
• Support post-deployment issue management and communicate progress, risks, and solutions across business and technical teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business or systems analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related quantitative discipline preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience with data querying, analysis, visualization, reporting, and dashboards preferred.
• Experience in retail planning, inventory optimization, or retail inventory management preferred.
• Must be willing to work onsite in the Seattle office at least 4 days per week.
