Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement. Preference for working East Coast hours.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead data modeling and reporting for individual clients to support media campaign planning and optimization.
• Partner on cross-client data modeling and reporting initiatives that improve access to data for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Combine disparate data sources into reusable data models and collaborate with Data Engineering on warehouse integrations.
• Create and maintain automated data tests, prototypes, data products, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Educate internal teams and clients on data products, reporting availability, and data-informed decision-making.
• Define meaningful KPIs for client media campaigns and mentor teammates through knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or comparable experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar field.
• 2–3 years of experience in media, advertising, or a similar industry.
• 2–3 years of professional SQL experience and 1–2 years of professional Python or similar programming experience.
• 1–2 years of experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Experience working effectively with both business and engineering teams, including process automation and tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git or a similar version control system.
• Experience with Presto, Hive, or Spark SQL.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Domo.
• Experience with dbt.
