Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights

Location: Onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 per year, plus potential annual or quarterly performance bonuses and possible Regional Pay Zone compensation.

What you will do

• Investigate fraud, theft, payment activity, chargebacks, returns, and other suspicious activity affecting the eCommerce business.
• Query and analyze current and archived data to identify trends, assess cases, mitigate risk, and support business decisions.
• Prepare reports, maintain data integrity, and develop databases and tools for case tracking and reporting.
• Analyze intelligence, video, and electronic evidence, research organized criminal activity, and coordinate external assistance requests.
• Prepare litigation support documentation, including subpoenas and discovery requests, while managing confidential information.
• Present investigative findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and collaborate with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, government partners, and financial institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or two years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or a relevant area.
• One to three years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience using spreadsheets and analytical tools to organize data, identify patterns, and support decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, maintain accuracy, and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Experience with big data analytics.
• Experience with data analysis and insights.
• Knowledge of a statistical programming language.
