CRM Integration Architect (Salesforce)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Define end-to-end integration architecture for Salesforce ecosystems spanning Sales, Service, Marketing, and Industry Clouds.
• Select and apply request-reply, fire-and-forget, batch, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Design Salesforce integrations using Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Connect, Composite APIs, and enterprise iPaaS platforms.
• Define API strategy, contract management, versioning, identity, OAuth, and connected app standards.
• Architect high-volume data synchronization with ERP, billing, and operational systems while managing performance, scalability, and governor limits.
• Lead design reviews, collaborate with security teams and vendors, create architecture artifacts, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Eight or more years of Salesforce experience, including complex integrations and large Salesforce integration programs.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major iPaaS, such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Strong knowledge of data synchronization, identity, OAuth, integration security, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect credential.

Nice to have

• MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect certification.
• Experience with Kafka, Solace, or Confluent event-driven integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Industry Clouds and integrations with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Experience with high-volume scenarios involving 10M+ records per day.
