Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Construction lifecycle partner delivering electrical, mechanical, structural, inspection, underground maintenance, installation, and fabrication services across the United States.

What you will do

• Oversee large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects from setup through closeout.
• Manage mechanical and structural project scopes across data center, power generation, renewable energy, mining, and oil and gas industries.
• Lead Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Coordinators, and other employees.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractor, and partner-company resources for timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Verify finished work against contract requirements and maintain safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and budget standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between field operations, company leadership, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and manage project finances, schedules, resources, and client relationships.
• Ability to work in manufacturing, pipeline, and refining environments, including confined spaces, noise, extreme temperatures, and limited-visibility areas.

Nice to have

• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job, P6, Viewpoint, Heavy Bid, or similar project management, scheduling, accounting, or estimating software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Ability to travel.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
