What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and complete commercial tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Prepare budgets, bids, scope reviews, trade partner bid leveling, and client pricing presentations.
• Manage project cost control, billing, forecasting, receivables, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams, trade partners, design teams, clients, and superintendents, including frequent site visits.
• Manage subcontracts, insurance documentation, change pricing, project risk, punch lists, and final closeout.
• Support business development, client relationship management, mentoring, and supervision of Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, or Interns.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience, including 2–3 years in commercial construction.
• Prior experience working for a commercial general contractor.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, cost management, drawing review, and computer skills.
• Experience across estimating, documentation, owner and architect relations, cost monitoring, problem-solving, and project wrap-up.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work with high-end clients.
• Conflict resolution skills and the ability to oversee several projects simultaneously.
