People Tech Manager

Salary: $156,000–$184,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Manage the HR technology stack, including HRIS, ATS, document management systems, and cloud-based integrations.
• Configure systems for scalability, security, regulatory compliance, reliability, and accurate people data.
• Maintain and evolve integrations and event-driven workflows that create reliable data flows between systems.
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, approval chains, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Design intuitive self-service processes and train People team members, managers, and other non-technical users.
• Deploy AI-enabled tooling for ticket triage, document generation, employee FAQs, and other high-volume people processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing internal or people technology in high-growth environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms and the broader HR technology ecosystem.
• Technical fluency configuring, maintaining, and evolving cloud-based integrations and event-driven workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and iterate quickly.
• Systems-oriented approach to automating, standardizing, and eliminating manual processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with people analytics, dashboarding, and reporting.
• Experience building agents or agentic workflows for people processes.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Hibob and Ashby.
