What you will do
- Own the end-to-end configuration and maintenance of the TA tech stack, including ATS stages, integrations, and user permissions.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows to enhance recruiter productivity.
- Lead the TA systems roadmap, including vendor evaluations, RFPs, and strategic tech stack planning.
- Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks, including bias auditing, fairness reviews, and data privacy compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for integration errors and technical outages within the TA ecosystem.
- Develop and deliver AI-specific enablement curriculum and documentation for the recruiting team.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Demonstrated experience owning and configuring enterprise ATS platforms and HR/TA tech stacks.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or automation workflows in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLM behavior, and model performance monitoring.
- Experience managing complex integrations and diagnosing technical failures.
- Familiarity with AI governance, bias auditing, and compliance frameworks.
