eCOA Project Manager

Location: Remote or office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria; Johannesburg, South Africa; or Gdansk, Poland

What you will do

• Lead the planning and implementation of cross-functional eCOA projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Assemble and coordinate project teams while providing direction and expert eCOA implementation knowledge.
• Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies and address eCOA quality issues.
• Track deliverables, monitor progress, and report project status, problems, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Manage project changes, evaluate results, and implement interventions to achieve project outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IRT, eCOA, or a related field.
• Significant experience in eCOA, research technology, outcomes research, eClinical, clinical, or related services.
• Strong leadership, influencing, motivational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
