NMS Project Manager

Location: Poland; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office

Salary: PLN 146,000–285,000 gross annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects for external European market implementations and integrations.
• Manage project resources, budgets, risks, timelines, quality standards, and change processes.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across time zones and maintain delivery accountability.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity.
• Drive structured delivery across cross-functional teams and geographies in a matrix environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of project management experience focused on IT projects, systems integration, systems architecture, or new product development.
• Formal project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Experience independently managing large-scale, multi-faceted projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in collaborative, matrixed, and cross-functional environments.
• Ability to work from Poland in a hybrid setup with at least 3 days per week in-office.

Nice to have

• Experience with European market implementations or cross-border technology programmes.
• Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in international delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
