Global Clinical Project Manager - Vendor Management Expert (Clinical Trials)

Location: Home-based in Warsaw, Poland; only candidates based in the listed location will be considered

Salary: PLN 171,500–418,600 gross annual base pay

What you will do

• Manage vendor activities and deliverables across global Phase I–IV clinical trials.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and deliverables during study start-up.
• Track vendor performance, identify risks, escalate issues, and coordinate contingency planning.
• Drive vendor activities supporting site readiness, activation, and study milestones.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables for Database Lock and study close-out.
• Monitor KPI/KQI dashboards, documentation, cost control, and vendor service quality.

Requirements

• Experience in global clinical project management.
• Strong vendor management experience in at least two relevant categories, such as central lab, eCOA, IRT, ECG, imaging, ancillary services, or patient recruitment and retention.
• Deep understanding of clinical operations processes and vendor service categories.
• Excellent project management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to manage risks and performance issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
