Senior Project Manager (eCommerce)

TL;DR

Senior Project Manager (eCommerce): Leading the delivery of high-quality, complex eCommerce projects on budget and within timeframes with an accent on re-platforming and software development lifecycles. Focus on managing interdependencies between workstreams, optimizing delivery processes, and coordinating cutover processes for retail clients.

Location: Hybrid (Poznań, Poland). Must be based in Poland for B2B contract.

Salary: 150 - 200 PLN per hour (net)

What you will do

• Effectively run complex projects using Agile methodologies and lean ways of working.
• Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring high output quality and managing interdependencies.
• Produce accurate status reporting on milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues for key stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate teams, providing process improvements and support to Junior Project Managers.
• Maintain tight control over project budgets and resource plans.
• Manage client expectations and resolve escalations with diplomacy.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience in software development.
• eCommerce experience, ideally within a retail environment.
• Proven experience managing re-platforming projects and owning the cutover process.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management.
• Experience managing financial budgets and project reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must be based in Poland (B2B contract).
