Salary: 150 - 200 PLN per hour (Net)

What you will do

• Lead complex eCommerce projects using Agile methodologies to ensure high-quality delivery within budget and timeframes.
• Manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies, providing clear direction on output and quality.
• Produce accurate status reporting regarding milestones, risks, and issues for key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Control project budgets and resource plans while providing guidance to Junior Project Managers.
• Foster strong relationships with senior management and clients, resolving escalations with diplomacy.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and stay updated with emerging industry practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland and open to a B2B contract.
• Proven Project Management experience in software development, specifically within eCommerce and retail environments.
• Experience managing re-platforming projects and owning the cutover process.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Relevant Project Management qualifications.
