Senior Principal Product Delivery Lead (FinTech)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid model with two days per week in the office

Salary: $185,840–$278,760 USD annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across product, engineering, and commercial workstreams for major client programs.
• Clarify ownership, scope, timelines, sequencing, and dependencies as programs evolve.
• Lead client-facing communication, translating technical and commercial topics into clear status updates and decisions.
• Identify risks early, manage escalations, and lead decision-making forums on complex tradeoffs.
• Own status reporting, risk logs, dependency tracking, decision records, and the overall program health view.
• Improve delivery practices and coordination patterns based on program performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience coordinating complex software delivery programs.
• Experience running client-facing programs involving multiple internal teams and ambiguous conditions.
• Working knowledge of financial services and modern software development, including agile practices and release cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and commercial audiences.
• Systems thinking, dependency mapping, work sequencing, escalation judgment, and operational rigor.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement from New York, with two office days per week.
