What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple programs and portfolios within the banking domain.
• Manage delivery financials, including revenue, cost, gross margin, and P&L profitability.
• Lead cross-functional global teams across application development, cloud, data, and AI initiatives.
• Oversee workforce planning, demand intake, resource forecasting, and pyramid optimization.
• Establish strong governance frameworks and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as the primary escalation point.

Requirements

• 12–18+ years of experience in IT Services and Consulting with delivery leadership responsibilities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale Banking and Financial Services technology programs.
• Proven experience managing global delivery teams across onsite, offshore, and nearshore locations.
• Strong financial management experience with direct ownership of delivery P&L and margins.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Must be based in or able to work from Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in Wealth Management or Consumer Banking (Auto, Mortgage, Credit Cards, Retail Banking).
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve delivery efficiency and operational reporting.
