Salary: $127,000 – $168,000

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for resource allocation and cost optimization.
• Build and enhance financial and headcount planning models to support scenario analysis and long-range planning.
• Standardize FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Conduct ROI and scenario analyses to evaluate new business initiatives and support business cases.
• Collaborate with Accounting on monthly variance analysis and data integrity validation.
• Translate complex financial data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools including Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and the three core financial statements.
• Experience collaborating with C-suite and senior executives in a professional setting.
• Proven track record of operating effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
