What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with startups, scale-ups, corporate partners, government bodies, universities, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
• Research emerging technologies, market trends, and the Hong Kong and APAC startup ecosystem.
• Identify, qualify, and track promising early-stage startups and founding teams.
• Coordinate open innovation deal flow, startup evaluation, workshops, dealflow sessions, and introductory meetings.
• Provide scheduling, CRM management, event organization, and other operational support to the senior and vertical teams.
• Help translate corporate technology and business needs into targeted startup opportunities.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field, preferably Engineering or another STEM discipline.
• Advanced English is essential.
• Strong interest in and understanding of the startup ecosystem and technology trends.
• Ability to support research, coordination, relationship management, and administrative activities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of a third language.
