Strategy Insights & Planning Associate

Location: Singapore, Singapore. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client and hirify.global offices for the majority of the week. Client-facing work may require travel as needed.

What you will do

• Apply problem-solving frameworks to develop solutions for client business challenges.
• Conduct market and desk research to generate insights and support client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize and communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with client and hirify.global teams to implement solutions and take ownership of project deliverables.

Requirements

• Be about to enter the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline.
• Strong academic performance in analytical and quantitative coursework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, self-discipline, initiative, adaptability, and ability to work in teams.
• Possess or be able to obtain work authorization for the intended country of employment.
