Strategy Insights & Planning Associate - Intern

Location: Singapore, Singapore. Hybrid working model with work-from-home and on-site presence at client and hirify.global offices for the majority of the week. Client-facing work may require travel as needed.

What you will do

• Apply problem-solving frameworks to develop solutions for client business problems.
• Conduct market and desk research to derive insights and support client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary hirify.global software.
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and hirify.global teams.
• Collaborate with client and hirify.global teams to implement solutions and own assigned project deliverables.

Requirements

• Be about to enter the final year of a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in any discipline.
• Demonstrate strong academic performance in analytical and quantitative coursework.
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English and the ability to obtain or already possess work authorization for Singapore are required.
• Show initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, self-discipline, empathy, and a collaborative problem-solving approach.
