Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant

Location: Shanghai, China; hybrid working model with work-from-home and on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices for the majority of the week. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

What you will do

• Define project scope and develop approaches with project leadership.
• Lead project task execution, organize project data, and coordinate team meetings.
• Analyze client issues, develop hypotheses, and design qualitative and quantitative analyses to test them.
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Provide thought leadership, contribute to business development and internal firm activities.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• MBA with a bachelor's degree, or a relevant PhD; strong academic performance in business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• Alternatively, 5–8 years of relevant work experience may substitute for an MBA or PhD.
• Up to 3 years of post-MBA relevant experience and 3–5 years of pre-MBA experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, synthesis, attention to detail, communication, and client-service skills.
• Motivation and aptitude for leading and managing teams.
• Work authorization for the intended country of employment is required or must be obtainable.
