Strategy Insights & Planning Associate (In-market Hiring)

What you will do

• Apply problem-solving frameworks to develop solutions for client business problems.
• Conduct market and desk research to generate insights and inform client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize and communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with client and hirify.global teams to implement solutions and own assigned project deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline, or graduation by March 2026 at the latest.
• Strong academic performance in analytical and quantitative coursework such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, sciences, engineering, mathematics, or statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong oral and written communication, attention to detail, organization, self-discipline, and teamwork skills.
• Motivation, maturity, personal initiative, empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
• Must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for the intended country of employment.
