Customer Success Manager - German (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage a predefined portfolio of large and strategically important customers.
• Build relationships with stakeholders ranging from support agents to C-level executives.
• Act as a trusted advisor and help customers use the solution effectively.
• Analyze product usage data, improve adoption, and reduce churn.
• Identify, qualify, and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Document customer activities and forecast opportunities accurately in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Experience as a Customer Success Manager managing a strategic customer portfolio.
• Exceptional consultative communication, listening, influencing, and objection-handling skills.
• Fluent German and English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions quickly.
• Strong organization, prioritization, resilience, and customer focus.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, and Professional Services.
